when you make this dinner, only eat one thing from it!. eliminate one thing at a time!. you need a new dr after this is all over!. you need one that listens to you!. it is after all your body!. you are on the right track with the food dairy!. i have corn and wheat allergies!. i cannot eat meat, pork beef or chicken are out, no dairy and, no eggs!. you must also learn to read food labels!. did you know that iodized salt has dextrose in it!? dextrose is a wheat sugar!. www!.celiac!.com www!.glutenfreeforum!.com wwwsavorypalate!.com these websites might help you!. good luck my email address is www!.whiteharleytrike!.com if you need further assistance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to be your own detective with things like this!. Most doctors run you through their office so quick there is no way they could get to the bottom of anything!. It might be the red meat mixed with the vegetables!. Red meat in some people (Type A blood) digests really slow and starts to putrefy in the gut!. You've got vegetables in the mix which cause gas, it might be the combination of all this or just one thing!. Start singling these items out and see what might be the cause!. It almost sounds like a little gluten intolerance in there as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
