Question: I was sunburned!.Now i'm pealing!What should i do!?
I was sunburned over the summer while i was out boating!.And now,2 weeks later, my skin is peeling!I was wondering if i should just try rubbing it off a little every day, or if i should just leave it (by the way, i am 11 so don't think I'm like 20 and asking this odd question)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a long shower to separate the dead skin from the living skin!.
Use a rough washcloth & moisturizing soap to scrub dead skin off!.
You only need to do this once a day!. Too often will expose the new living skin too soon!.
Next time, use sunscreen!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry, this is totally normal!. If you have aloe vera at home, use it and rub it on the sunburn!. If you don't, I'd suggest getting some because it helps prevent more peeling and helps heal it!. If you can't get any, then at least use vinegar on it until you can get some because vinegar temporarily helps it (but just a little)!. Hope I helped! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

use aloe vera lotion or jell but it is better to use real aloe from an aloe plant, when showering or bathing use a wash cloth or loofa and rub it off, but don't peel it on your own without it being wet it can make your skin hurtWww@Answer-Health@Com
