Question: Help!! I have hand excema!?
I have had excema on my hand for about a year now!. The palm of my hand is red and sometimes cracked, my fingers are chapped and red, my arms are cracked and a little red!. I get the same thing! I understand how embarrassing it can be! I have tried so many different lotions and ointments!. One that worked really good was Aveeno lotion!. Also Shea butter worked really good for me! I mean mine was bad!. I dont know exactly how bad yours is, but mine was bad enough to where i kept my hand bandaged up covered in lotions and cortizone!. Remember water and dairy are triggers for eczema to flare up! So watch how long your hands submerged in water and watch your dairy intake!Www@Answer-Health@Com
