Drink lots and lots of home made fruit juice and vegetable juice!. Use a wide variety of fruits and vegetables including green leafy vegetables!.
Reduce the amount of carbohydrate that you eat!.
When having fruits, have just fruits as a meal - all kinds of fruits inclusive of citrus fruits!. It is good to have a glass of orange juice first thing in the morning!.
Do not have any other meals at least 1 hour before or after a fruit diet!.
Eat a wide variety of vegetables inclusive of raw vegetable
Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water per day!.
