Question: What can I do to improve my eye sight!?
Well i think i may need glasses to see far away!. I'm the first in my family to wear glasses!. Anything i can do to help my eyesight go back to what it used to be (20/20)!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is a procedure that might be able to cure your eyesight back to 20/20!. I don't know if you have heard it before but it's called LASIK surgery!. I have a few friends who have done it but the results are different!. One has a completely perfect vision after doing it!. The other still has some minor defect in eyesight!. The outcome is really individual!. I wouldn't recommend LASIK as of yet since it's a fairly new technology and no one has known the side-effects of the surgery in the long run!. But you are of course free to enquire about it and if you feel that you want to have the surgery, by all means!. It is not a major surgery though!.!. Fairly simple and fast!.
Apart from that, i do not know any other way to get back a perfect eyesight!.!. You could try taking beta-carotenes!. Don't know if it will work since it's just vitamins A!. Hope i helped!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to the doctor and get glasses!. or get contacts and just pretend there's nothing wrong!. if you don't your eye sight may get worse over time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
eat carrots they help eye sight but if it is to far gone it will not help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
