and she said she had an eating disorder for 2 weeks!.
is that seriously even possible!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It depends on just how little she is eating, how much she weighed before and how active she is!. People who are extremely overweight at the beginning's of their diets can lose even more than 20 pounds a week - although every doctor you will speak to will tell you that you should only seek to lose around 2 pounds a week!. It is basically the healthiest amount to lose and most effective in keeping the weight off - Slow and steady!.

If your friend had an "eating disorder", they don't clear up after a few weeks like an acne outbreak!. Eating disorders are very serious and can cause many health issues and risk your life!. If your friend truly has an eating disorder she needs to talk to someone about it!. If she wants to lose weight she needs to go about it the healthy way!. Simply starving yourself for a few weeks might get you fast results, however you will find that you will regain it very very rapidly!.

Eating disorders dont just develop in that 2 week period!. There are many weeks where you start to change your eating habits and slowly they develop into a full blown disorder where it is virtually impossible to reverse without help from the outside!. Especially since you haven't seen her in 5 months makes me wonder how long she has been dealing with this!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can not turn an eating disorder on and off
it takes a hell of a long time to recover from one
she might have went on some risky starvation diet that was stupid
better to do it smart!.
I've had an eating disorder, trust me it's hell!. Just stick to a reasonable diet and workout plan and you are much better offWww@Answer-Health@Com

Anorexia and bulimia are not diet plans!. They are illnesses, and you can't have them for two weeks!.

If your friend is a teenager, which I suspect she is, I encourage you to alert her parents!. She may end up hating you, but at least she'll get some help!. She has no idea what she's starting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

She doesn't know what she is talking about
An eating disorder is not something that you can switch on and offWww@Answer-Health@Com

yup, her body probably wants to kill itself tooWww@Answer-Health@Com
