With widespread acne like this topical preparations are seldom effective!. He almost certainly needs a prolonged course of oral antibiotics!. Assuming he is over 12 years Lymecycline or minocycline would be the usual choice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Roaccutaine is a very effective prescription drug for the treatment of severe acne,!.!.!.!. this is your last resort though as side effects include intense drying of the skin!. Can be unpleasant as it also dries the eyes/nose/mouth and skin can start to crack/peel as a result!.
