If these symptoms occured in just several days (acute) ; it could be Enteritis/Gastroenteritis ( it could be viral vs. bacterial ) . Now you must use more water ( if your heart rate is high and you feel dizzy ) , and approach to a medical center for further evaluation and perhaps intravenous serum infusion and also stool examination .
If your symptom occured after psychologic problems and it is not your first time , there are other causes , too .
