In Australia it winter time. We are have one the long cold snaps in many years. Anyway my hand are cracking from the cold and are getting soar from the cuts. What are some of the best hand cream or something better to stop the stingy.

I have to save Nivea.
I use their body cream too - and I get extremely dry skin - even in winter.
Depends if you want no residue or not.
My advice,
Soak your hands in warm water for 20 minutes. pat dry, then slather on some nivea Q10 handcream.
Handcream seals in moisture so you put the moisture in first by soaking them.
Deadset. It helps you recover quicker.
