i feel like i have a horrible stomach virus!.!.!.!.!.!. its 4:26 am !.!.!.!.!.!.!. i havent been able to fall asleep i fell asleep at 1230 for an hour and thats about it havent been able to pass out since i have horrible cramps in my stomach constant feeling that i need to throw up but nothings comming up and i cant go to the bathroom either so nothings comming out i feel so helpless ive tried heating pad warm bath i don tknow what too do please help me what do i do Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like food poisoning, If i was you i'd go to the doctors!. Also keep taking fluids, its important or you'll dehydrate! I know you don't feel like ot at the moment but it might help if you ate something light to settle your stomach, toast or scrambled eggs or something that isn't too heavy!.
