I take magnesium tablets and silica tablets - completely cleared my skin, took about a month!. Now my pores are normal and the excessive oiliness is gone!. Whew!! But !.!.!. I live in New Zealand - our soil lacks those minerals - may not be your problem wherever you are!. Ps I am 40 - have had bad skin since I was 14, tried many different things over the years, this the first to really work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if i were you i wouldn't wear foundation at all, no matter how bad it looks! it blocks the pores and ends up making it worse!. i even have some vitamin enriched moisturising foundation but whatever it says on the bottle, covering them up will make it worse!. i know it's really embarassing but rather have a few days of embarassment than have them there for weeks!. also, wearing foundation is really obvious, people will see you wearing it easily and then they'll know your self concious about it!. people are less likely to notice your pimples if they don't think you worry about them, trust me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Erm,

To Cover up I use Body Shop''s moisturising foundation!

I use the new oil free clear & cleanse everynight!

put toothpaste on it!. i know it sounds icky but it dries the spot up and it is best you do it at night so then when your resting you dont pick at it this should workWww@Answer-Health@Com

sheer cover
or bare minerals!.

or how about not wearing any make up to let your skin breathe and the spots to heal up!.
if they are that bad go to the docs and get some tablets or cream!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
