in this salt is {paracetamol, phenylephrine, hydrochlorideIP, chlorpheniramin and caffeine }
this 'll come in 500mg (take half i!.e!.250mg +250mg @ difference of 4 hours )

SEPTRAN, salt in this is ( trimethoxazole IP 80mg + sulphamethoxazole 400mg)
the first one is going to sopprot a lot + second one must be taken once , just one tablet !.!.!. n if u feel improvement then dn't take SEPTRAN(or that salt) just continue with SINAREST(or that salt) for 5 days but do take septran once!.!.!.

If you don't want to go to a qualified doctor, the better option will be to go for the OTC homeopathic preparations (if that is allowed legally in your country)!. Natrum Sulph is a good suggestion and Kali Sulph is another suggestion!. 6X or 12X potencies will be worth trying!. But the best thing to do is to see a doctor in your area!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'd probably go see my doctor if I had greenish phlegm, but if you don't want to, you can try taking Mucinex!. It's over the counter and really works wonders for me!. My doctor even recommends it!. Also, be sure to drink plenty of fluids to help flush out your system and get rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds like you could have an upper respiratory infection!. You need to go to the doctor!. Mucinex is really good for chest congestion!. Robotussin DM for the cough!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
