i have a swollen throat and at times it stings and i've tried the salt water mix but i nearly puked so is there a better way to cure it

hey there!!! nothing better than to fill a spoon full of honey... and let it cover your throat. i tried to eat a whole bottle of honey, that doesnt work.... only one spoon full!!!!
