Sometimes my heart beats super fast? see details!?
it happens at random times or sometimes when im running it feels like someone kinda knocked the wind out of me, but it's not a direct pain. I feel a little dizzy and i have to sit down for a little while. It usually lasts about 2-10 minutes and I can't do anything because i feel exhausted. Does anybody know what this is?

Paroxysmal tachycardia - and it can happen for lots of reasons, from stress/anxiety, to medications, to bending over too quickly, to actual heart conditions.
You really should see a qualified doctor for this, preferably a cardiologist. He she will run an EKG (or ECG, same thing) and might even have you wear a holter monitor, which is a 24 hour EKG that records those kinds of events when you push a button.
