SHE HAS LIL BOILS OR SUM ON HER THIGHS!. SHE POPS THEM AND BLOOD COMES OUT NO PUSS OR ANYTHING BUT SHE IS A BIG GIRL AND MAYBE DAT BECAUSE HER LEGS RUB 2GETHER BUT COULD DAT BE HERPES!. I honestly do not think it's herpes!. It sounds like skin irritation!. Herpes is painful and itches!. Aslo the virus like warm wet areas like the groin, butt, nose, lips, mouth, eyes, privates!.
you can get them on the skin but it's usually from an open sore and you cross contaminated the area but this is rare!.
I don't think she has anything to worry about but can always ask a doctor!.

Google herpes symptoms to get a better idea of what to look for!.
Could they be sweat pimples maybe!?
Has she had sex with someone who may have had herpes!?
Tell her to go to the doctor, because if it is herpes they can give her medication to ease her symptoms and try and prevent outbreaks!.

it could be just a sweat rash!. or boils, pimples, razor rash if she shaves, ingrown hairs, hemorrhoids!. usually genital herpes is passed through skin to skin contact (like sex)!.
look up some of the symptoms for herpes and your friend has any that match then she should go to the doctor and have her tested for herpes!. u can go to planned parenthood, u don't need a parent or guardian to go with u!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't sound like herpes to me!. It could be a different STD, but only a doctor could tell!. If it were herpes, it would be extremely painful, and she probably wouldn't be able to pop any of the lesions!. It would hurt way too bad!Www@Answer-Health@Com
