What are all the symptoms of mononucleosis?!

Question:

What are all the symptoms of mononucleosis?

I think I might have it....

Answers:

I had it a couple of years ago and I didn't have insurance at the time so I didn't get a blood test. My doctor said she was sure I had it because: First I was sleeping for about 16 hours a day. I was completely sick, sore throat, runny nose everything.
She said the thing that made her sure I had it was because my lymph nodes on the back of my neck were swollen. I never even knew they were there! I thought I had cancer or something because I had these big sore lumps on the back of my neck, but that;s what a was. A couple of months ago, my friend had the same thing, she had the lumps on her neck, was always tired (that's the biggest thing) and was sick. As soon as she said about the lumps on her neck, I was like, I bet you had mono. She went to the doctor, and she did. So if you have those, it works as a pretty good indicator from what I gather.

Also, mine took about a week to get rid of it, but as I said I didn't have insurance, so I didn't hav a prescription. I just paid the 40 dollars to go to the doctor so I could have an excuse for work and not get fired. hahah. But anyway, I'm sure you've heard this but sleeping and fluids is always the best idea. Maybe take some cold medicine. If you have a sore throat and your glands are swollen, I highly, HIGHLY reccoment tylonel sore throat (it's a cough syrup, about 5 dollars a bottle at wal mart). But wow, that stuff is awesome and works wonders.
