Question: My husband is a diabetic and for over week now every evening he starts running a fever!.!?
could this because of his diabetics!. should l be concern about it!. and he also has high blood pressure!. could that be the problem!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Neither diabetes or high blood pressure causes fever!. Fever is as a result of infection, viral or otherwise, or inflammation!.
Have him drinking fruits and vegetable juices each day at least 2 glasses of each!.
Make sure at least one of these drink is a citrus drink!.
Do not add sugar to drink!.
If you have access to guava fruit, use the orange or grapefruit juice to blend the guava and have him drink it!.
Include in your vegetable juice celery and parsley!.
If after following the above advise, fever persist for another week have him visiting a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think diabetes and running a fever correlate, unless he is simultaneously running a high blood sugar while he has a 'fever' or appears to be flushed!.

I know when I get high BG (usually over about 190), I start feeling hot and a little clammy!. But I've never taken my temperature to see if I actually am feverish!. What are his BG's like in the evenings!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
