mono symptoms are sore throat fever and tiredness the only way to really tell if you have mono is a blood test, once you test positive you will always be positive. you can spread mono just like any other virus, while you have a fever. they used to call it the kissing disease but that is not true, I caught it about 10 years ago because I was working too many hours and I got run down
