Yeah, you need to add more details but often children with downs syndrome can have heart problems which could sometimes require surgery, this is not always the case though but would be the most common thing, if you are talking about your child or someone close to you don't worry they screen for heart problems early so any problems will be corrected quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
