Could this be an anxiety attack?!
Question: Could this be an anxiety attack!?
When I was younger, I used to get these weird spells, and I have no clue what they were!.
First I would feel sick, then the only sounds I would hear we're muffled!. Then my eyes would go blurry on top of that, and I would sweat profusely (no matter how cold it was)!. Then, finally, about 30 seconds after it all began, the room would start spinning!.
This would last for about 5 or 10 minutes, all these symptoms at once!. I would lay on a cold floor if I could, and take off as many clothes as I could!. It's a horrible feeling, I would feel like I wanted to die!. I believe my throat would also close up a little during the peak of it all!.
They stopped about a year ago, but I'm still terrified of the vivid memories!. Anyone have any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you must eat many small nutritous meals throughout day
eat foods like Tuna or Egg whole wheat cheese and a hard boiled egg
