Could this be allergies?!

Could this be allergies?

I have allergies to many plants like trees, grasses, pollen etc. Usually I just get a really bad sinus headace. I just moved to Oregon and now I am getting a really bad sinus headace plus a stomachache, my tongue feels like it's swelling up and my teeth hurt...I'm not sure if it's my teeth exactly---more like my gums. My mouth hurts so much I feel like I am going to cry. This really really sucks. Any ideas?

it sounds like you are about to get sinusitis due to allergies. When I would get sinusitis my teeth would hurt always. My advice is to see an allergist to see what you are allergic to and an ENT because this sounds like it could be your septum that is deviated and they have to "open up" your nose to filter the air better. Allergies to a lot environmental things in the air such as pollen can lead to sinusitis because as the pollen builds in your nose, the nose finds it difficult to filter and therefore, once the pollen builts up, it starts to back into the sinus cavities, which is uncomfortable. A few suggestions are: see an allergist, see and ENT, take decongestants such as Sinutab, gargle with salt and water, also saline is good and this helps with moisture and also keeps the nose moist, nasal washing will help, SinusRinse is good because it will help clean out the pollen, go understeam, drink lots of water and hot fluids, vaporizer is good too. Don't eat a lot of dairy because this is also one of the causes of sinusitis and allergies too. Take a benadryl or a claritin for the allergies. Do the nasalwashing , vaporizer, the steam ,and water everyday. This helps a lot. If the decongestants help take them, but don't over do them. Take them atleast for 3-4 days. If doesnt' get better call the doctor and he can take the appropriate steps.
