Spasmy shakey hands...?!

Question: Spasmy shakey hands!.!.!.!?

My hands shake and tremble all the time!. Ive stopped drinking tea incase it was the caffene but they still shake uncontrollably!. Any ideas what could be causing this!?!? Its really irritating, i cant hold a cup or glass with liquid in it incase it spills!!

i don't know your age which would help, but there are a variety of neurologic disorders that have this as a trademark symptom!. i won't list them, that would cause needless worry and be irresposible!. but i would encourage you to see a general practitioner to see if you need follow up with a neurologist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
