Question: What time should I take Xanax for my flight!?
I have a 3mg Xanax and I have a four hour flight at 2pm, I've never taken Xanax before and I want to only take half of the pill and I was wondering what time I should take it so that it lasts the whole flight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

3mg is a large dose for someone who's never taken the drug and for the reason why you are taking it!. Anyways, i would take it approx, 20 min before your flight/board!. that way by the time u take off it will kick in!. you might want to think about breaking the pill in half!. that way u have some for the flight there and home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Three mg is a huge dose! Especially for someone who hasn't taken it before!. If you can cut the pill so it is 1/2 to 1 mg that would be the best!. It will probably put you to sleep and they last about three hours and take about 30 minutes to start working!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can take it about 10 minutes before you get on the plane, it usually takes about 20 minutes to start working and then it should last for four hours!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
