Constantly breathless. No heart disease do not have blocked arteries ?!

Question: Constantly breathless!. No heart disease do not have blocked arteries !?
do have asthma but symptoms not the same as asthma!. I do have HB pressure can this cause breathlessness!. I walk regularly each day to stay fit but the breathlessness is a hinderance and overwhelming at times!. And no it's not panic attacks either but I would dearly like to know what the cause is though as it spoils my quality of life!. And the doctors are at a loss too as to the cause and to be perfectly honest I don't think they actually care too much either!.
I have had chest xrays but the were satisfactory !.!.!.!.at a loss to know!. Any ideas please!? Thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

I knew someone who had pulmonary hypertension that had these same symptoms!. It's different than regular high B/P, because when the pressure is higher in the lungs than in the rest of the body, the blood has more difficulty getting in there to circulate, thus you get short of breath!. The drugs used to treat this condition are also different than those used to treat ordinary hypertension!.

May be a long shot, but google pulmonary hypertension, or primary pulmonary hypertension, and see if the other symptoms fit you!. If so, you'll have to ask your doctor for specific tests to determine if that's what it is!.

Good luck, hope this helps!

anemia can be a cause for shortness of breath!. it may also be related to just not being in shape, you did not mention how long or how far you have been walking!. find a pulmonary Dr and have some pulmonary function tests done to see what the functional capacity of your lungs are!. are you fat!? Sorry but if the doctors are at a loss, I can't help you much in the way of diagnosis!. Find new doctors who care more!. Physiotherapists are very good to see in your case!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you been tested for anaemia as this can cause breathlessness!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
