Help cleaned the house last night with new cleaning product and woke up this morning covered in a red rash?
would going to my local walk in centre give me anything to relieve it iam am asking because you can spent hours in there so dont want to waste my time or can i get something from the chemist

Speak to the pharmacist at the chemist, there are tablets which can help with the rash and also something like calamine lotion to soothe your skin.
Throw the cleaning product away once you have made a note of the ingredients. If you come out in a rash with another product, look and see if any of the ingredients match so you can avoid it in future.
Another good tip is to wear rubber or latex gloves while you do the cleaning, but that doesn't help so much if you get splashed on your arms, so you need to be careful.
