Anyone had 24 hour blood pressure monitoring ? what is it like?

hi i am going to have a blood pressure moniter fixed on monday for 24 hour blood pressure monitoring . what is it like? how did you sleep? why have they asked me to bring a over night bag?? i thought i was coming home and going back the next day!!!

I had it and it was a little strange feeling the arm band tightening every 15 mins or so.

There is a switch for night time so it only checks on the hour.

Don't worry the short term inconvenience could be a lifetime of health.
