Is something wrong with my BLOOD?!

Question: Is something wrong with my BLOOD!?

There are these TINY red dots appearing in random spots on my arms; mostly my left arm!. There are about 12 or so distributed across my left arm, and about 3 or 4 on my right!. They are the size of a pen point!. When I push on them hard enough, they disappear for a few seconds and come back in a brighter red color, which I'm assuming is new blood!.

Is there a name for this, and has anyone experienced something similar!?

Petichia!.!.!.its little bleeds under skin!. Usually caused by taking too much aspirin or any other anti-platelet drug or Ibuprofen!. Also if someone was grabbing you too hard can cause this!.
