yeah sweetie it will start to calm down within a week, the second week is alot better but thats when it goes away!. its good ur treating it straight away, mine turned into phemonia!.

Mine has lasted 10 days - I am still tired and my head fills up with glue - my husband is 4 days ahead of me on this head cold and he is better now!. The BEST medicine is alkaseltzer cold plus - the fizzy tablets - I don't know why, but those make me feel so much better!. I also use a nasal rinse (you need to get over the feeling that you are drowning yourself) - but you squeeze this water salt mixture up one nostril and it comes out the other - then you blow your nose and ALL the gunk comes out - I suggest using it in the shower - you can buy them at any pharmacy!.

Probably about a week!. Don't take antibiotics for a head cold!. It's a virus, the antibiotics aren't doing anything and your body is going to build up immunity to them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just kind of depends-- I recommend Muccinex DM!.!.!.its great! You need to drink plenty of water (it helps all the secretions come out with or without the Muccinex!) Get some rest too!Www@Answer-Health@Com
