For starters you would get HIV not aids. Aids is when your immune system is really low. Aids is not a disease aids could be flu, viral infection or chest infection. It is the HIV which wears down your immune system putting you at risk from common illnesses which will kill you. In answer to your question you would have to drink 2 buckets of saliva to even start to be at any risk.
