Answers:
ok well definitely talk to your doc, but they probably want you take the 3 hour test!. but i had gestational diabetes with my first pregnancy i had no symptoms, and felt fine!. but there are many things that can go wrong a hugh baby, heart defects, miscarriage!. there are so many things!. but if you listen to your docs and keep your sugar in check everything should go well!. my first is 2 1/2 now, he was a month early 6!.8lbs and 19 inches long!. we are now expecting #2!. i had since been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes!. and the problems get even worse when you already have it!. i'm 9 weeks and 2 days!. have already been to see the diabetes doc and thing so far are going well!. if you do have it please listen to your docs don't lie about your levels (alot of people do) eat like they say to!. and yes you can still have a treat every now and then, don't over do it, yes it sucks the one time in your life that you should be able to eat what ever you want and you can't!. do everything in moderation!. best of luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

High sugar levels in your blood can be unhealthy for both you and your baby!. If the diabetes isn't treated, your baby may be more likely to have problems at birth!. For example, your baby may have a low blood sugar level, jaundice, or your baby may weigh much more than normal!. Gestational diabetes can also affect your health!. For instance, if your baby is very large, you may have a more difficult delivery or you may need a cesarean section!.

You will need to follow a diet suggested by your doctor, exercise regularly and have frequent blood tests to check your blood sugar level!. You may also need to take medicine to control your blood sugar level!.

STOP EATING SWEETS!.!.!. such as chocolates, softdrinks, cakes, ice cream!.!.!. and the likes!.!.!.

But remember BEFORE doing any exercises, taking any medicines, etc!.!.etc!.!.!. SEEK YOUR DOCTOR's ADVICE FIRST!. Your Doctor is the only person who can guide you correctly!.

Take care of Yourself and your Baby!.

It is really important you get a hold of your doctor!. Gestational diabetes can be controlled by diet and exercise and sometimes women need to take insulin or oral medications to control blood sugar!. It is a very common complication of pregnancy!. Most of the time babies are big for gestational age when born to mothers with gestational diabetes!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
