Question: What makes your body feel like your gonna faint!?
This morning (before I was leaving for school) my stomac started hurting and I felt like I was gonna faint so I laid down and turned on a fan and fell asleep!. My number was 418 but I corrected it!. I woke up at 10:30 but I feel better( I won't go to my next class because I don't have time and I want to be fully better)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your "Number" is your blood sugar reading!?!?
I'm sure you know that 418 is FAR too high!.
That means that you are not paying attention to your diet, or taking your meds (shots) as instructed!.
There is also the possibility that you have another illness, like a cold or the flu!. How have your numbers been up to this point!?
If they have been OK up until today, you NEED to call the doctor and ask him about this!.
If you numbers have been consistently high over the past couple of weeks or so, then you need to develop some better self-discipline about your diet, exercise, and medications!.
It is absolutely CRUCIAL that you keep those number in the normal range (80-120) as much as possible!.
if you are consistently running high, you need to contact your doctor!. he may adjust the meds, or refer you to a Diabetic Trainer who can help you take control of your life!.
What was the value of your last A1C reading, and WHEN was it!? Diabetics need to have that test at least every 3 months! This tells you "how you're doing" you need to keep that A1C reading below 7, and you do that by keeping you "numbers" as close to normal (80-120) as possible at all times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you mean your blood glucose level was 418!? That is awfully high!
I would write down all your activity and what you ate from 12 hours before until this morning (start with dinner the night before)!. It could be something you ate or drank (or drank too much)!. It could be an illness like the flu that raised your blood sugar!. Unfortunately, you normally don't realize it is an illness that is causing you problems until a couple of days after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lack of sugar in the blood!.!. aka low blood sugar!.!.!. or could be a stomach virus, some form of gastroenteritis !.!.!. CRAP i didnt realize this was in Diabetes and that that was the the BSL!.!. well 418 is ridiculously high!.!.!. would it make you faintish!.!. prolly not!.!. but the crash from it sure can!.!. higher they are the harder they fall!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
