Any fundraising ideas?

I am running a marathon and raising money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Other than sending the link to my fundraising site, http://www.active.com/donate/tntma/tntma... I haven't had any really good ideas yet. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Answers:

Plan a dinner for a "suggested" donation. You can make Lasagna, bread, salad and desert and ask for $15-$20 donations. Invite all of your friends and ---- serve wine if you can. That always opens up people's pockets.
