Hello has anyone had the surgery for acoustic neuuroma there been any problems after the surgery?

my mother is due to have hers removed soon and how long did it take to recover

My aunt had the gamma knife procedure done in March. Her recovery has been kind of slow, she occasionally feels dizzy when she moves her head quickly, but she doen't regret it for a second. If she didn't have it done the symptoms would have gotten worse, she could have permanently lost her hearing on that side and been dizzy any time so she would not be able to drive.

I wish your mom the best with her surgery. The recovery will be a bit slow but the benefits will be great.
