Why am I suddenly thirsty all the time? Is something wrong?!

Question: Why am I suddenly thirsty all the time!? Is something wrong!?
I am a 16 year old girl!. For pretty much all of my life until very recently, I've been pretty bad at hydrating myself!. I never liked drinking plain water and usually had milk or juice but still only maybe twice a day!.
For the past maybe 4-5 days, I have been so thirsty, and just going through water bottle after water bottle!. Maybe 5 or 6 of the 16!.9 fl oz!. bottles a day!? This is very unusual for me - I know it is good, but where did it come from!? I have to pee like all the time now because I'm drinking so much!. My appetite has been much much smaller, too!.
Do you think something could be wrong!? I've heard diabetics drink a lot and that is worrying me!. Should I be concerned that this is so sudden!?
I haven't been exercising more - in fact, hardly at all!.!.!. I need to work on that!. And could caffeine do this!? I was used to drinking a cup of coffee in the morning, but I tried to stop for a while!. I started drinking coffee again though in the past week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
