first but a bag of ice on the heat rash [5to10 ice cubes] then wash it slowly make sure you do this every day until it stop inching then put some soft cream on and that should help u!. P!.S happy to help if this works cos i dose not always work on boys always works on girl! Www@Answer-Health@Com
