For my dry scalp and itchiness I use Selsun Blue!. It works well for me!. I don't know about psoriasis!.

Try Nizoral!. You can get it at Walmart in the shampoo aisle!. I've found it works the best to fight off dandruff, and my dermatologist recommended it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i use neutrogena for psoriasis and i also use Lidex daily
