Painful area on sole of foot?!
Question: Painful area on sole of foot!?
I used to do landscaping work in the summer and wore heavy/tight boots and shortly before I quit my job, I developed painful areas on the outer soles of my feet!. they are rough areas with minimimal indention and each sole has 1 or 2 of these rough areas which are very small!. what could this be and what treatment can I do!? I also now wear flip flops to let my feet be less confined!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
