i dont know which kind to use or what brand, i use clean and clear face wash and acne cream, but is there a better brand in canada that i can buy in a store, my mom got me a life brand acne cream, and i think it made my acne worse, is that true, or did the acne get worse by itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have suffered acne for since I was 11 years old, and the only thing that works is applying Neutrogena's On the Spot Acne Treatment!. I would just wash my face, gently pat dry my face, and apply a thin layer of the application!. If you have a slightly to very oily skin, do not bother putting any moisturizer!. I takes a short time (1 to 3 months) for your skin to make a big difference!. My skin improved within 3 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My suggestion, since you live in Canada and presumably are covered under Canada's universal health plan, is to go to a physician for more aggressive treatment of your acne!. What a physician can provide for your acne is much more powerful and effective than what you can get in a store!. I checked out the "Life Brand" acne products on Shopper's Drug Mart, and I didn't see an acne cream -- only an acne cream cleanser (which didn't seem to have an active ingredient!?), some cleansing pads, and blackhead-clearing toner!.
It sounds like you need something stronger!. Everyone's skin is different and can respond differently to different cleansers, toners, and topical treatments!. Hi, I suffered acne for a long time and based on my mothers experience, expected to suffer from it well into adult hood!. However I went and saw a doctor who prescribed me a topical solution called Clindatech!. It worked like a charm!. It cleared up my acne (i had it on my t-zone) and made my last years of high school bearable!. However, it is only a temp solution!. For something more permanent you can try something stronger such as Roaccutane!. This one is a tablet you take orally!. Again, it requires a doctors prescription!. I dont know where you are, but in Australia, you need to get a doctors referral to a dermatologist who will then prescribe it to you and monitor your progress with quarterly check ups and blood tests!. You take it orally for roughly 6-9 months!. Its a very strong Vitamin A and dries out the oil ducts where the acne comes from!. It made my skin glow and the only visible side effect I had was very dry lips!. Once taken you will be acne free for years!. I strongly recommend you research these two things before deciding its the right one for you!. They both worked for me and since taking Roaccutane, I've never had to worry about acne!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

in the morning i use clearisil gel wash in the shower and right when i get out of the shower i use clean and clear dual action lotion
then at night i use neutrogena wave [yeah its pink but it works wonders] and i wash my face with the clearisil gel again
ive been doing that for about 2 weeks now and my face is almost completely cleared up

What the skin needs is a product that clears pores and kills bacteria, thus preventing hair follicles from clogging and turning into acne!. This is what you should be looking for if you want to get rid of those ugly acne!.

I've found from experience that usually when you first start using the acne cream, you will break out more and then it will clear up!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try mixing clorox bleach and windex!. Works like a charm!. But make sure you dab it on!.
