Question: Acne on my upper arm and face!?
i've been getting acne on my upper arms they are really small!. it's goross and itches am i ok!? what should i do!. im 12 years oldWww@Answer-Health@Com

It might not be acne!. It could be a condition called keratosis!. It's harmless, but usually it's inherited!. You can control it by washing the area with a buff puff or a loofa when you shower, but nothing will make it go away!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
The best thing you should do is go to your doctor!. If it is a skin condition he/she will tell you and give you the correct advice as to how to deal with it!.
If it is acne the doctor may prescribe you some medicine to reduce the itching and help to maintain any out breaks!.
In the mean time avoid touching it or scratching as this can spread infections and/or make spots worse!.
