How can you cure really dry skin?
How can you cure dry skin WITHOUT any lotions? Some lotions that I use, well, my skin kind of ends up STICKY. Like half a foot above the ankles is where it's kinda sticky. Not sticky sticky, but when you touch it, it feels kind of weird. I want to try some natural cures.

I only prefer non greasy lotions, if lotions at all.
Any types of foods I should eat for good skin? Please let me know.

Since I adopted a primarily vegetable diet, lost weight, and exercise regularly, my skin has improved tremendously. I'm 55 and my skin feels like it did when I was a teen.
