If caught reletively early, how serious IS breast cancer.

i was diagnosis with breast cancer in sept,2006 ..had surgery in oct .2006 ..they had to removed the breast ..it was catched early..it was a small tumor ...all cancer is serious ..but by having mammagrams ..it can be catched early ...and it depends on what stages it's in ...
