Ok well I have this like one big part on my chest that is darker then the rest, looks weird and its a bit embarassing. Any ideas on what it is or how to get rid of it? I tried to put vasaline on it but that didn't really work.

It's caused by the pigment in the skin and there's not much you can do, although it's not harmful. There are bleaching creams, but it doesn't look natural and must be done often for continued results. Vaseline will not help at all.
