Odd lump and feeling sick?

So I've asked this question before but something new has happended, I havent been able to go to the doctors as of yet because Im still suck in another country and dont have the right funds to see a Dr, now my problem is, about a week and a half ago I discovered a lump under my right armpit and it sorta came up over night and it's gotten bigger since the first day I had it, the size of it now its about that of a 25cent coin, (USD) from when I first found it as the size of a pea, today when I was touching it I noticed it was rather hard when feeling it, and it used to be sore when I touched it, but for some reason it isnt sore anymore, its just a lump thats hard with no pain, and I dont think it plans on getting any bigger, today I also starting to get the sniffles for no apperent reason, and just 10 minutes ago I felt very dizzy like I was going to throw up, is any of this related someone's advice please as to what it may and may not be??

First off, you gotta get to a doctor.
It could be as simple as a clogged gland which is easily treated. Try changing your deodorant/antiperspirant. Deodorants mask the odor sweat causes and Antiperspirants keep you from sweating naturally. The Antiperspirant may be too strong and will clog glands. When the gland is cleared up, go back to your antiperspirant if you want. As far as the other symptoms, this could all be related in that you may have a virus.
