sounds like a kidney infection, ok take 2 paracetamol and try to drink loads of water but drink it luke warm, you need to flush it out, have a nice warm bath to soothe the pain and use a hot water bottle and place it on your back where it hurts, you must keep your kidney area warm!. Try to sleep, if you can make a cup of hot chocolate! seriously it will help you to sleep!.
the pain is like a really bad ache!.!.!. and you get them from drafts hitting that area, drinking too much pure juice does it for me to be honest there is loads of reasons, you may even have a small stone, this can be as small as a grane of sand and it still bleeding hurts like hell, just wait for your results and keep it warm!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm afraid your going to have to wait till you get the results of your swabs back, abdominal and lower back pain can be an indication of many different issues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could possibly be a kidney infection, blood tests and urine tests taken by your GP should tell if it is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
