Question: I have a lot of spots on my face!.!?

i have lots of spots on my face, I'm 13 years old and ive had it since i was 11, the spots just don't seem to be going, i went portugal for 2 weeks and washed my face it the sea water thinking it would help but it didn't!. I'm back here in London and some of my spots have become light red, Every morning i see a new spot on my face, i went to the doctors and they told me to use expensive face wash from superdrug or boots so far ive been using superdrug antibacterial face wash witch helps fight spots but it don't work!. I'm going to a wedding in october and it is important for my spots to go!. can someone please tell me what product i could use!.

i had exactly the same problem as you!.i started using this face wash from superdrug,clarity 2 in 1 face wash/mask!.its kinda purple/blue!.i also got the rapid treatment cream,and used these things twice a day!.but i also cleanse with either a clean and clear cleanser or a neutrogena cleanser once a day,use non comedogenic foundation/powder (stuff that doesnt clog pores),drink a lot of water,get 5 fruits and vegetables a day,get as much sleep as i can and i also use sudocrem once a week on my big red spots!.!.doesnt work for everyone but it does for me!.i also use a day cream,one i got from aldi that cost like
