I need good advice on what to do about my eczema?

My flare ups have been terrible lately. My entire leg is covered in eczema... I have few patches of normal looking skin. Lotion, sensitive-skin products, cortisone, oatmeal baths, oil... nothing is working! I think the flare ups are due to lots of anxiety and stress as of lately, but what can I do now to calm relieve this terrible condition? ='(

My eczema shows are blotchy, red rashes.

My son had really bad eczema from the age of 6 months till he was about 9. He had it behind his knees, the front of his ankles, and inside the crooks of his arms (inner elbow area.) Like you said, I tried everything. Inexpensive like Nivea to ultra expensive Creme de la Mer. Nothing. Dermatologist gave us Eucerin with her label over top of it which tripled the price. (Didn't realize it was Eucerin till I got home.) Anyway, I got this stuff from mariobadescu.com called "healing cream." Really just on a whim - I didn't really think it would work. In about 4 or 5 days, the difference was dramatic. His skin had been rough, red, peeling, cracking, sometimes bleeding and now it was smooth and pinkish. I swear, in 10 days, there was no sign that he had ever had it. No line differentiating the areas or anything. Now he just uses it maybe once or twice a month to maintain. (He's almost 13 now.)
