Is there any way I could get more fluid in my discs?!
Question: Is there any way I could get more fluid in my discs!?
My doctor says I have degenerative disc disease and that drinking more water won't help!. I am going to try glucosamine - any other suggestions out there!? I had a bone density test done (Dexa-Scan), and my densitiy is absolutely great, but that doesn't mean the discs are good!. :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same condition!. This is a very common problem with many
people, especially if they have ever had a bad back injury!. Once the discs start losing fluid, there is no way that I know of that you can put
more fluid back into them!. In fact, I have had four bad discs removed!.
Two were in my neck and two were in my lower back!. And losing height is just part of the process!. I have lost a little over one-half of an inch myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
