Answers:
It is probably you feel scared or lack of self-confidence!. This is common to those who think that they can't beat their opponent!. So you got to change your mindset and try to think that you are better than your opponent!. Also, try taking up a martial art, it will really help you gain confidence because they will conduct sparing or fighting!. If you don't want to take up a martial art, try street fighting where every part of the body is usable!.

By the way, when you are in a fighting situation, be confident!. Just think positive!. If you are being provoke then take action, if the opponent does not provoke you to start the fight, then don't fight!. Try to avoid fighting!. if the opponent said anything offensive, then it is time to use your anger as the motivator!. Meaning, use the anger in you to make your fist hit your opponent!. Hope it did help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe that when our brains comprehend the inevitable possibility of flight or fight that we are Hardwired for survival, So this may jostle our natural bio-chemical balance and cause a physical response!. Sort of like at yellow traffic light "Self be prepared" !!
Train, Train, Train We as humans can train ourselves to focus on the attack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
