Question: I decided to stop smoking!. !?
It's been six hours already!. Haven't had any cravings yet!. I'm going to throw out old cigarette boxes and lighters so I can get the temptation out of my room!. I think my triggers are when I'm thinking about my life when I'm alone, or when I'm bored and don't have anything to do!. I think instead I might read a book when I get bored, and might try to stay away from my room for a while!? Any suggestions on what else I can do to keeep myself busy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I recently quit smoking with ease!. I smoked for 9 years about 1-2 packs a day depending on if i drank!. It's probably a good idea to exercise!. That helped me!. Go running/jogging/walking!. If you stay inside and read you can create boredom!. I found that it was easier to quit if i didn't throw away my pack!. That way it was a choice instead of a penalty for not having any cigarettes!.
