Why do i get this red rash on my legs?!
Question: Why do i get this red rash on my legs!?
i get this really horrible red rash on my legs if i've been out in the sun or after exercising!. It starts on my knees and then it goes all over the rest of my legs (mostly only from my knees and below)!. Sometimes it'll happen if I've just been standing for a bit!. It also happens after I've showered!. And when it happens and i try to bend my legs there's a kinda tight feeling around my knees!. Oh ya, i can also feel it burn and when i touch it it's kinda hot feeling!.
The naturopath told me it's the blood coming up quickly!.
I just want it to go away!. I don't wear shorts anymore coz then everyone will see it and i don't like them looking at it!.

you might have to change your shaver, sometimes that happens to me too, but not as bad!
